  • I just want to write a few good words for this little spa in Yorkville. I am still rather new to the spa going and laser hair removal experience. But I just want to comment on the service I got from Esthetician, Janna E. here. I came here because I got a voucher deal from everybodybuys.com recently; 7 sessions for $69 (I think, forgot exact numbers and don't have the voucher anymore with me). This is the 2nd place I've ever gone to for laser hair removal. First place was Hair-Free Laser Clinic on Danforth, which I didn't like, mostly for the pressure selling tactics (already explained through a previous review posted here). At this downtown location of In-Beauty Spa, my experience with Janna had been excellent. There is no pressure selling here. Although I am a voucher customer and didn't pay regular price for my sessions, I never felt I was getting inferior quality service. Although they always seemed to be fully booked, I never felt rushed through during my appointments, even when I came in a bit late one time. Janna was always super gentle and always checking if I feel ok, and informing me of each tasks that she's about to do. I always have a super relaxing experience, even though my appointment was only 15 min at most each time and I was going in to get 'zapped' with laser. So if you ever go to In-Beauty Spa Yorkville location, I hope your experience will be just as nice as mine had been.
