I never write bad reviews on any company, but this is unacceptable. I had an appt at 11am today with Tee or whatever is his name supposedly the manager. He was here last night when I came in and they booked my appt with him in front of him. I had my appt with Hugh a few weeks ago for the first time and he was awesome, but unfortunately was all booked up for today, so he suggested Teague to do my nails and said he was good so I trusted his suggestion and he booked my appt with Teague for 11am today. I walk in and Teague, which is the manager said he has another appt coming in. He erased my name in the book where it was at 11am and didn't even notify me at all. Then to find out Hugh tells me that he was scared to do my nails since he knew I wanted Hugh first and I was a little picky, so he decided to erase my name which I seen erased in the book as book someone else. I can't believe it at all! If you're the manager, why would you be afraid one?! And how can you just erase your appt and book someone else?! That is so unprofessional and to keep throwing in my face that you're the manager doesn't make it right at all. I made time during my day for this appt and needed it done. Then to tell me no one can do my nails today. I am so disappointed because I really liked this nail salon and been looking for one for a while and everyone seemed so nice my first time here. If you're prideful or insecure to do someone nails that asks for another nail tech first then maybe you shouldn't be one or the least a "MANAGER."
