  • I'm surprised that I haven't written a review for Cleveland Laser Spa yet. On the day that I have an appointment at the Cleveland Laser Spa, I wake up in a bad mood. I've had 3 services done and am mostly happy with my results, but the customer service is borderline negligent and I would recommend anyone considering laser hair removal to go elsewhere. The machines are all the same, so you're paying for the service when it comes to laser hair removal, so do yourself a favor and pick another place. Hair Removal - I started with my bikini area and have had about twice as many treatments than originally discussed, because I refuse to stop going until the job is completed. I once had a technician that came up from Columbus to help out and said that even though I had already used all my back up treatments that I required at least 3-4 more because they weren't being done properly. My underarms and legs have gone very well and I'm pleased. Price - very reasonable. I started with a Groupon, which was misleading because when I bought the full package, they only counted it as one treatment instead of 3. Once you're customer, however, there are crazy savings. If I could go back and undo my decision to start, I would. But once you start, it's crazy to switch. I called a local competitor and they couldn't come close to the price. Technicians - sweet as pie, every single one of them! But it's a revolving door and I'm not sure I've seen anyone more than once or twice. Atmosphere/Cleanliness - very clean and professional. Water and coffee in the lobby. Very nice and upscale. Service - this is where we derail. The management is awful and scheduling is awful, I believe this is why the technicians are always leaving. They have very limited evening hours, so if you have an adjustment to your schedule (who knows what they are doing 8 weeks in advance?!?!), then you likely have to wait another 4 weeks. I've had many discussions with management about them cancelling on me and misplacing my rescheduled appointments. It's really a disaster. Also, you cannot get a service if you're on medication, so once I drove the 30 minutes there, only to be turned away and told I would have to come back in a month. I believe they should remind you when they call 24 hours to confirm that this is the policy, but they will not do that. Overall, I'm giving them a 2 for having a product that works and I believe is worth it, but there are competitors out there, go to them.
