  • ok i went to have a considerable amount of service done for my car. 975.00 to be exact. My car left worse than when i brought it in. Long story short, they didn't refill my transmission with fluid after the transmission service was done leading my car to surge and shake badly , when i brought it back they said everything was great but the shaking and surging was because i now needed all 4 motor mounts replaced at a cost of another 900.00 well i couldn't afford that after the 900.00 in Maintenance i just paid for so i held off . my car was running hot with a weird smell thats when i found out there was no fluid in the transmission. no leaks .after i put almost 3 quarts of fluid myself my car stopped shaking and surging .and to top it all off they removed my Engine Shroud and did not put it back . its a 212.00 part i can only get from toyota.they of course denied any knowledge of the shroud. how does an engine shroud just disappear. still angry and i feel totally ripped off did they even do the other services i paid for.
