I stayed 3 nights at this property a month ago. It is the typical set up for an Embassy Suites, with the inside built around an open atrium. It has a waterfall with plants and fish. The rooms are updated and spacious, there is a nice selection for the breakfast, and although it is very close to the airport, I never heard airplanes.
Two things they need to do: 1) Focus on some deep cleaning. Get the housekeeping staff to bleach and scrub down the shower stalls! Their bathrooms are nice and modern. They have a huge shower stall (no tub) with sliding glass doors. So much of the tile grout was black with mold and it really stood out because the fixtures were so new. Cleaners also need to have their way with the elevators too. Everytime I stepped into one it was like Uh, gag, hurry to my floor because of the cheesy, dirty smell, like a small laundry room.
2) Hire some more folks to cook in the breakfast area. The line gets long and the seating gets cramped as its right by where the line forms. Well, the longer the line the more inconvenienced the folks sitting there are. (Hi, thats me!) Nothing like having the line stare at you eating the food they wished they had!
