  • I booked an appointment here and ended up walking out.. I kept trying to tell the lady that I wanted all blond on top and she kept changing it.. I than proceed to tell her about the red color and she argues with me about fading and washing. When I did start to get up she starts showing me pictures of other options I could do and it's not at all what I wanted... I know how to take care of my hair and I know what I like. I was looking for a style I had 8years ago and have slightly changed it up so.. I told her my mom used to do hair and that this style is possible... instead of simply telling me she couldn't do it than she proceeds to tell me "have your mom do it for you I don't have time" .... I have never felt so uncomfortable and so angry before going into a salon.. I will not be returning to this place at any point of time.
