  • Don't let the lines scare you. I went after getting married for a name change. I looked on the website for what documents I needed to bring and what form to fill out. I parked just west of the building and showed up on a Tuesday morning 20 minutes before the door opens. Make sure you are in the right line "card services" with the entrance on the west side. There were 30-40 people in front of me but I was in, completed my reason for being there and back in the parking lot in less than an hour from when I showed up. If you are nice to them, they are nice to you.
