  • Josh the parts manager went above and beyond for me. He is an outstanding example of what a manager should be. I had an issue with ordering a certain part with a rep. Josh took ownership of the order and communication and literally went the extra mile for me. Josh I can't thank you enough! All around good guy and citizen of the earth. I would never expect such exemplary performance from any employee at a dealership. I will always come back to Chapman BMW. Thank you :)
