  • This is the absolute worse decision I could have made by moving here. They do not properly notify their tenants of noisy & disruptive work that will be done on or around your building. There is a roach infestation in these apartments and they are too cheap and just don't care enough to properly fix the issue. The staff is very inconsiderate and they treat you like a number instead of like a human being experiencing life. There are 2 people employed in maintenance, Daren and Jay, that are the ONLY people who seem to really care about the job that they have signed up to do (kudos). Ty speaks to the tenants in a very condescending tone as if they are bothering her. Aschaunta the new manager does not keep her word and Shaneke looks down on everyone as if she is Queen Sheeba. I will live on the streets before I sign a lease with ANY Pinnacle Property ever again!
