  • I desperately needed a facial, and since I moved from west Phoenix I needed somewhere close. The inside of the place looked promising once I got there, and even though the facial was something like $70 I took it anyway. What a mistake! I specifically told the beautician that I needed extractions of milia from around my face (at my previous salon, the beautician spent a whole hour taking them out, so that's what I expected from this place) and she proceeded to give me a "massage" on my arms, scalp, and shoulders. It felt horrible and she kept pressing on my temples and it hurt like heck! She wound up trying to sell me a $130 facial peel and when I said no, she said that the next step down would still be good but not as great, but was still more than the $70 I had agreed to pay. I felt like I was getting sold a product, and not that I was being genuinely taken care of. She only spent maybe ten minutes doing extractions, and needless to say I was VERY disappointed with the results. I'll definitely stick to BLU SOL spa in west Phoenix. Better prices, FAR better treatments.
