  • My friend and I stopped in to grab a couple of açaí bowls this afternoon around 1:00. It was pretty busy when we first walked in and there were only a couple of seats left. For starters the price of the bowls were pretty reasonable. I ordered the tropical bowl which comes with açaí, pineapple, strawberries, banana, cashews, dates, coconut and agave (I left off the granola). This was $9 and some change. The bowls they serve the açaí bowls in are ADORABLE! The taste of the bowl was just meh, not great. I was hoping to taste more of the fruit blended in, but instead it tasted pretty flavorless. It might have even been better if the strawberries and pineapple were layered on top with the agave drizzled on top with the banana and coconut. After reading other fellow yelper reviews, it seems they felt the bowls were flavorless too. I would hope that management would take our recommendations into consideration. I have had many açaí bowls in my day so maybe my standards are just high. But I know a great açaí bowl when I taste one.
