I was initially excited to do this ride. We would always see people on it and have heard that it was a lot of fun. So we decided to do the higher zipline.
If you decide to do this attraction, make sure that you are ready to stand in line for a long time. We signed up for a 2:40p.m. time and didn't get to ride to after 4:00p.m. So I don't understand why you would have a boarding time just to have such a long waiting time.
While the ride was fun, I didn't appreciate the way the staff spoke to people. While we were standing in line, one of the workers decided to get on the PA and tell everyone to "get into a single file line, which we should all know how to do because we all have been to high school." While I don't know who it was meant for, I don't think that it was very professional considering we have been waiting in line for over an hour.
What made me give this a one star (I would have given a zero if I could) is the fact that after the worker made that announcement they seemed to have been proud of the way that they were speaking to everyone.
The only people who were friendly were the people helping us get on and off of the ride. Even the lady who was at the picture kiosk at the end was rude and didn't seemed interested in answering my questions.
