| - Oh Bonfyre. I hate to post bad reviews. But let's get it over with.
Hostesses must be having a bad day. Weak greeting. But they are young. Good manager would teach them better.
Ate at bar, as is my usual choice. Bartender is why you get two stars. She was pleasant and efficient and was kind enough to give me a beef stick for my dog in the car. She is a keeper, unless you don't improve in which case I hope she goes to a better place.
You know the Verizon phone service is bad here. Yet no signs with your guest wireless password. (Or better, no password. Duh.) So you have to find someone and ask and then the password is your name plus a number - maybe your address? Who knows, but overly complicated.
Knowing people will use your wireless a lot, you might think you would get a great router, but the signal is weak, and was the past three times I just came in for a glass of wine after work or a work meeting.
Veggie eggs Benedict. Sounded great. Reality - not good at all.
You use a tasty creamed spinach but you put it on first, so the way-under-toasted English muffin becomes a wet mess. Plus, I got a big piece of eggshell - which is horrible!!!!!!
The potatoes were shredded and mixed with a lot of cheese and butter/oil. They leeched oil over much of the plate. And they were bland. Maybe if they had been put under the broiler they could have been given a nice toasted top, but instead they are just a gummy, oily bland mess.
Nice side salad. I enjoyed that.
And the nice bartender.
Sorry I wasted my brunch here, as there are so many better nearby.
And your staff spent tons of time chatting by the kitchen, instead of serving. Even the hostess joined in while folks waited at the door.
Poorly managed place. Won't be back for food, but I doubt you would care.
