  • Chris did an amazing job today on a repair. I just recently had new wall to wall carpet installed in June and an old cat of mine had quite a few accidents on the new carpet. Anyway, I turned to Yelp for help. And there was Chris. I read all of his reviews (which were great) looked at all of his repair pictures and I decided to call him. I left a message, he returned my call in about 30mins and gave me a quote over the phone. Unfortunately, after I recessed the damaged area it was 2ft bigger than I had already told him. So, I called him back and he said no problem and my quoted price might go up a little. I scheduled an appointment with him for Wednesday around 1:00ish. He sent me a text saying that he was ahead of schedule and could he please come by at noon. Sure, enough he was at my door maybe 10mins before 12. He was very friendly and outgoing. After coming in and looking at the damaged area he explained excitedly what he was going to be doing. He showed me everything that was affected with the urine and explained step by step on how he was going to fix the problem. He was here for about 2hrs working on my repair, he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who needs a repair no matter how small or big it might be he's your guy. I am extremely happy with his work and not to mention his prices are fabulous too. I will definitely use him again if I need to. Thank you Yelp and Thank You, Chris!
