  • Do not use this company. I found them on Home Advisor. First off I was sent an email by them stating that they had tried to reach me with no luck and if i was interested to let them know. I replied and said no one has contacted me. I get a call from a lady there and she asks me about the services I need. I had 2 roof tiles that needed replacing. She told me that it would be $125 bucks for the service call, okay no problem when can they come out I asked, she finds some time for me for the next day. Perfect! Will the 125 go towards the repair, labor etc I ask? Nope that will be a separate charge. Oh what,,,, No so fast, no so perfect! She then asked me to prepay over the phone TODAY for a service that was going to happen the next day! I was like uh, okay and why is that? It's are policy. I said well i am not comfortable doing that, can i just pay when he shows up for the estimate? No she says, but if you change your mind give us a call. Enough said. Don't use them. I also filed a complaint with Home Advisor.
