I moved out early because I purchased a property. Here are my issues:
1. On October 26,2017 I sent them an e-mail if anyone has signed a lease for the unit I used to be in because it is no longer on the website. As of November 15,2017 no response.
2. On my bill online they since I moved out early they listed a move out credit, and which was decreasing by $46.60 a day. On November 6, 2017 e-mailed them if I need to pay the charges and why it was happening. Still no response as of 11/15/2017, but the move out credit did stop at ($1,017.80)
3. On November 14, 2017 they charged me $372.80 for days vacant rent from 11/8/2017 to 11/15/17.
Update: I have been told that the lease is now signed and I will receive no further charges. I am leaving what I have on yelp website so hopefully Catalyst will respond to e-mails from future residents on these type of issues.
