Purchased a groupon to try trampoline classes with my friends ($15 for 2 classes). we had to schedule for classes at least 2-3 weeks in advance since we were only free on Saturdays. They have classes on Friday, sat and Sunday. This place is a bit hard to find the entrance as it requires you to go pass 2 sets of doors before you get to their venue. Upon entering we had to take off our shoes, and sign in. Waiver forms etc. there is an area upstairs that parents can sit at to watch their kids. The venue is a bit old and outdated. The carpets are old and dusty and there is an odour in the gym. I didn't like the fact that we had to stretch in the old carpet where we had to lie on the floor etc. I got really bad allergies from that.
The class itself was good. I was expecting step by step tutorial however it wasn't so. We basically went on the trampoline right away and the coach just told us to do what we wanted. He encouraged us to do new things and sometimes if we did not know what to do he would suggest something like why don't you try a twirl C. It was a a lot of work and I was quite tired (and sore) from the class. My friend gotten bruises from the first class, landing on the face, landing on our elbows etc. the 2nd class we were
More prepared.
I chose to wear long sleeves, pants and socks and I felt it helped a lot.
