I bought three ebikes sight-unseen (I'm 1k miles away), and was under the false impression that the third was brand new in its original box. All were great deals, though one was listed as a "demo" at $650 on their website and I ended up paying $900 with shipping & re-packaging. Another ended up being defective, and Len's staff valiantly tried to help me resolve the issue from afar, but now I must bring it to another authorized dealer that's about an hour away because it's not a simple fix. The manufacturer will cover it under warranty, but the repairing dealer is likely to resent me even though I bought another ebike at full pop from them just a few months ago. Moral of my story - it's best if you can buy local and test ride a few models, but I realize - for now at least - that ebike dealers are few and far between. And no one sells anywhere near Len's prices, which is the primary reason why I'm giving them 4 stars.
UPDATE Jan.2017: I sold my prior purchases and just got two full-suspension Haibikes at absolutely amazing prices through Ravi at Crazy Lenny's. They were exactly as described and in perfect working condition, I couldn't be happier! Ravi's a true ambassador to the electric bike industry, and now he's Lenny's best asset because he really knows his stuff. They get the 5th star back...
