| - i have been to just about every hotel and resort on and off the strip in vegas within the las 14 years and never had to complain about the horrible service.
I was here for the IBS show in June and I booked with "Par Avion" which was the company in charge of the discounts that combined if I attended the show, i would get a discounted rate with a hotel that was affiliated with the IBS show.
I have bought the event ticket advance in April but decided to stay 1 night so I booked with the only choice available according to their dates along with room availabilities.
May 13th was the booking date for only 1 night with tax, the sum was $54.88 but was withdrawn from my account on the 21st of May.
On may 19th Ive called the hotel to add 1 more night stay, and got a confirmation on the difference in price that was $109.76 with tax, this was before half the amount was taken out on the 21st of may, which I told only another 54.88 should be debited to sum up to $109.76, so once the date came I just needed to show proof on confirmation of payment, which I do have and did bring along.
Well the tragic day came where i stood in line trying to check in with my phone since that option was faster, only to be told to redo it through their website and wait until i get a confirmation code then to get back into the long line, that was considered "express line,".
I spent 1 hour trying to log in, with my phone, then with my laptop, running around like a chicken with my head cut off, asking for help from their workers, who told me to get in line!!!!
Are you fucking serious!!! Thats all that you can give me as an answer???? I haven't had a migraine in years but surely I felt an onset already.
Another good 45 minutes in line, finally at the checkout the result was I was pre charged $54.88 for one night, my boyfriend decided to pitch in for the 2nd night since he realized my migraine was getting worse, and to speed things up, somehow he was charged $204.00 for both night.
I mentioned the charged was wrong, since I've already paid for 1 night and I already know about the $25 resort fee per day which is $55.00 with tax so estimate of his share should be $110.00 since Ive covered the first $54.88.
The man helping us started to say that I will be receiving $75.00 credit to my bank account after our stay, which does not add up. I don't know where the fuck these numbers are coming from!!!!
I called just about every phone number in this hotels directory to only be given the run around, so "sheryll" was the representative that swore she going to give me to the department that will solve this issue, so thanks for nothing.
The conclusion is we spent $260.00 for now since who knows what else will be added to our total bill, on the worst hotel in vegas! the sad part was no apology was said or an offer to make things better, since I did check the specials they had which was an extra 25% off the deluxe room that we were charged full price for.
I should have just stayed over at "Caesars Palace" for $82 per night and 3 nights too! but somehow both of these hotels are somewhat affiliated with one another.
First thing in the morning is checkout since the walls are thin, you can here your neighbors have sex, not a peaceful way to end my horrible day!!!!
