| - Vianca was welcoming and kind when explaining everything for our first Couple's Float session. Wanted to try out this relaxing in the dark thing. Plus heard floating can help my pregnant back feel better.
Each room is off of a main hallway, and is private. Each has a small bench for changing, robes, slippers, earplugs, towels, and shower that leads into the float room. The float room is like a giant enclosed bathtub. Music is provided, but there's an aux cord you can plug into your phone if you have your own music. You have 5min to shower prior to going in to get all that life off of you (lotions, deodorant, natural skin oils). Then grab the little neck pillow and earplugs (if you want) and head into the timed float. Light turns off after a min and it's completely dark. The light is motion-activated by the door in case you have to use the bathroom, which is at the end of the hall.
Make sure to try floating with and without the neck pillow, I think it's better and more natural feeling without :)
