  • I have yet to have a client whose EPIC system is working well. Those on EPIC are experiencing a myriad of problems. I could only hope that Cerner will dominate the EHR space with the acquisition of Siemens. I recently had a client experiencing issues with EPIC Willow, I reached out to EPIC directly and the kid assigned to the hospital blasted my email to the IT team on the client side causing a whole lot of problems, so unprofessional. I hope that they will have the same fate as McKesson in the early 2000s, its only a matter of time before all these hospitals get fed up with EPIC.
