  • From the constant police presence to the drunk drivers running into the gates in the morning this place is a nightmare. Coming up on a year of living here and it's a complete nightmare. The price is okay at best, neighbors are loud, complaints go unnoticed, the office staff is far less than personable. They've really taken a dive to fill apartments and the tenant quality has shown. The parking is atrocious and they're particularly anal about their front parking spots. Already found a different place to live, it was worth the paying a duel rent to get out of here. I wouldn't recommend it. If 0 stars was possible that'd be it.
