I had my storage unit since November 2014. On July 2nd, I cancelled my storage unit and the rep told me I was prorated 1 day so I would get charged for only 1 day. 2 days later, they charged me $143 in the months rent. I spoke to the clerk, and customer service. They both referred me the the District Manager Ivonne. After contacting Ivonne 4 times, she called me 1 month later after complaining to corporate who forced her to call me. Ivonne "Barbara" is not a professional person, which is obvious by taking 1 month to call me back. She did not even care about my concern, and did not refund the balance. She has poor customer service skills, and is a poor representative of PS. She lied and stated that the clerk who closed the unit did not say anything to me and that I heard wrong. She basically said I was SOL for the funds they stole.
Please use caution, this location is very non-transperant about the terms, and don't believe anything they say unless you get it in writing. I had my attorney start a process to send corporate a certified letter before moving forward with other actions. I've reported the incident to BBB.
