I didn't buy my dress here but had a great experience!
When you first walk in, the store seems really small and you wonder "where am I supposed to try my dress on?" and it was quite busy when we arrived. My consultant was Jeannie and she was amazing!! She introduced herself and welcomed myself and my group (I brought my mom, two sisters and niece). Before she brought us anywhere, she asked me questions about my wedding date, where it will be, what style I'm looking for and what my budget is.
We followed her through the store all the way to the back (it was much bigger than it seemed), and she led us to a quiet area where it was just us! It was nice to be away from the noise and business at the front! She let us settle in and browse dresses if we liked while she grabbed a bunch for me to try on. Every dress she brought in were things that I was looking for and within my budget! I think I went through about 8 dresses and she spent a lot of time on each one to make sure I got the feel for it, or not! She's very experienced and always gave her honest opinion. I'm 4'11 at 95lbs so you can imagine how difficult it was for me to try on dresses! Some dresses made me look short, some made me look taller, while others were sitting on me on awkward spots. She let us take all the pictures we wanted. I finally had a favourite so she dressed me up in an embellished belt, necklace and veil! Beautiful! She had the seamstress come in to see where alterations would be done (if possible) and gave me a total cost. It didn't feel like we were there for too long but we actually went over my allotted time and she made no deal about it! I still had other stores to visit so I kept it on record and slept on it.
