  • I took my shotgun to have a magazine extension installed. Roy, the gunsmith, met me at his window and started working on my shotgun right away. Instead of leaving the gun there, Roy had the work done in less than 20 minutes for a very reasonable charge. I had to bring the shotgun back for a slight adjustment and left it there on my way to work. Roy called me when it was ready and I picked it up on my way home. No charge. Roy was personable, knowledgeable and professional. I haven't shot at Pointblank yet but if the range is as good as the gunsmith then I'll be a regular customer. The place is impressive btw.
