  • Dropped in on Saturday afternoon, walked in and no other customers either in the chairs or waiting. Two ladies sitting drying before heading out - I thought great timing!! Staff member walked over greeted my daughter and I and then announce that they didn't have time for us as they were all booked... We walked out and seconds later saw a second staff member going for a walk...so there was 2 customers that they let walk out of an empty spa. I understand that they may have had a break til their next appt came in - but they definitely could have handled it better.
