  • Our server was very attentive and warm-Kudos here. The three "street tacos" however, was much less impressive. These bland, luke-warm, crockpot-style shredded beef with onion and cilantro "tacos" need a different name other than the universally loved "street" tacos depicted at such places like America's Taco Shop off 7th St and Monte Vista. Note to the Rosita's management - look at the photo of the three street tacos depicted at America's Taco Shop off 7th St and Monte Vista, and either model your version of the street taco after theirs, or call yours something else.
