| - I really did not like this salon at all. I decided to give this location a chance because I moved and it was the closest tanning salon. I bought a package that included 6 tans + 5 free. I also purchased 3 mystic tans as well. I don't remember the exact price, but I think I spent around $145 for this, which seemed pretty expensive to me compared to the previous salons I have frequented. So besides the expensive prices, let me get into the other negatives.
First off, they don't provide goggles, and they make you purchase your own. The reason given was that too many people steal the goggles. Whatever. So I purchased my own.
Next, the facilities are not adequate. While the actual tanning equipment / beds seem to be high end, the rooms are small and cramped. Every room that I was in used a pocket doors which were all falling off and didn't fully close. I did not like that the doors did not close tightly. There are also no hooks or mirrors in the rooms (There is a mirror in the mystic tan room). They do have chairs now, but when I first started visiting, they didn't have them, so everything had to go on the floor.
Also in a total of 14 visits, I never saw the same employee twice even though I stop by near the same time each visit. This seemed odd to me, but would help explain why none of the front desk girls seemed to know anything about the store or about tanning.
I just wasn't impressed by the tan I got, the value of the product, the service I received, nor the facilities. I am now driving out of my way to another salon and it's worth it. I do not recommend this place.
