rev:text	Came in on Super Bowl Sunday. On Sunday's they do $10 growler fills on kombucha, and on social media they advertised free growlers (not including the fill price) for the Super Bowl. Apparently this was worded wrong, and that deal was only good for their run club before noon. Even though I showed the bartender the post, she still would not honor it, and said she doesn't know why they would post that, and even mentioned I wasn't the only one to come in for the free growler. When it came time to fill my growler before leaving, the bartender grabbed an empty off a shelf, put it straight to the tap and started filling. No cleaning, sanitizing, or conditioning whatsoever. Not sure if this is common practice for them , or just poor training; I'm just hoping the growler wasn't sitting too long on that shelf collecting dust and who knows what else. And now also hoping this isn't the same way they fill their bottles that I get from other places around charlotte. Their social media also advertised a cranberry ginger kombucha for Sunday, and when I went in, it was also written on their menu chalkboard, but when I ordered it, the bartender said its not cranberry, and it's just the original Ginger kombucha. She was confused why it said cranberry ginger, Seems like there was a severe lack of communication for that day between back of house and front of house. I've had the kombucha around town, and it is definitely worth a try, but getting it straight from the source just didn't work out.
