  • Don't believe the guaranteed delivery date! My order delivery was rescheduled last minute which left me in a bind since the order (a photo calendar) was a birthday gift for a family member. Customer service did refund my shipping cost and when the photo calendar came, I liked the way it turned out, but I didn't get to share it at the birthday gathering which was really a big part of why I made it. I also found the sales on their website to be a little misleading and felt like I paid more than I should have for the photo calendar. I hope not to use Shutterfly again for gifts like these.
