  • Ok. This place is AMAZING!! Let me start off my saying they have everything you need for your outdoor adventure. That's obvious with the name of the shop. To us what was the most important was the EXCELLENT customer service. I called at 6:45pm in a panic needing a 2 person hammock that I couldn't get at REI or Cabelas but they were about to close up. I asked her would they be willing to stay open as we are needing to leave early tomorrow morning with my nephew who's on a short visit from jolly ol' England! Alicia put me on a brief hold came back and said "come on down" ! We left REI immediately and got there in about 12 minutes. We walked in greeted by Alicia and Dustin. Alicia had our hammock ready at the counter! She then helped my nephew look for a head torch while Dustin gave us TONS of camping and hiking ideas! He knew everything about Arizona! Very knowledgeable guy! Because of him we are now heading to Hanigans Meadow after the Grand Canyon! Thanks guys for such amazing customer service!!! We will for sure be back!! 10 minute later update: I just read the review prior to mine after I wrote this. I In no way wrote this because of that one. But my husband, nephew and I are positive this was addressed at the meeting that the owner wrote about and man. One things for sure... the problem was fixed. Cause they stayed 25 minutes past closing!! Good job guys!!!
