  • At las vegas airport the fat white lady at the boarding counter is so rude and obnoxious. She has no sense what is customer service, mangers and supervisor i highly advise you to train this lady quick. First off i never have any problems with virgin america but this time i do. So my parents tickets didn't scan apparently because it was used. How can it be used we didn't even board the dam plane. She was all giving attitude and was all unpleasant. She should of deal with us in a calmly manner and be respectful. She needs more training on how to speak to your customers and clients with manners and respect. Now on the plane still waiting because there is a maintenance issue due to the heat wave. 18 minutes delay and counting, management please get it together.
