Had a great mix of a meal at Soul - from sushi to pork belly shells and cheese, and everything in between. They don't take reservations and the restaurant is small, but it is worth the wait and the cocktails are good and strong, so grab one while you wait for a table. It's best to go with someone who has similar tastes in food so that you can order together and try bits of everything. I recommend the fried brussels sprouts, shells and cheese with bbq glazed pork belly, and the red dragon roll. I also had the Asian glazed pork belly tacos (which is one of their top sellers) - great flavor and outer crispiness to the pork belly. I tried the fried cheese goat cheese on bruschetta but could live without getting that again.
Nice service, as well. They warn you when you sit down, but the tapas come out as they're ready - not all at once - to keep everything fresh.
