  • I wanted to order a custom Chrysler 300S and had a lot of problems with other dealerships (i.e. changing prices, rude salespeople,incorrect info on rebates) so I tried Chapman in Scottsdale. I dealt with Randy Springette and he was great. Took the order just as I wanted it, got me a good price, assured that I got all the rebates and financing available. The car was delivered as promised, on time and with no hassle at all. Even the financing guy, who knew I was in a big hurry, did his job efficiently and with no pressure to up sell anything I did not want. I would definitely return to this dealership for another car purchase.
