  • Awful service, no exaggeration we waited more than 20 minutes with a total of 6 people ahead of us in line. The two women attempting to make the coffee were laughing and joking around, one of them laughed out so loud that it made the disgruntled patrons jump and start complaining. She then went in the back room and her friend that was laughing with her followed her in the back leaving no one to make coffee. Upon ordering the woman taking our order she just said " go ahead and scan your phone" when my wife tried to scan, it wouldn't scan and my wife tried to tell her that we have a free coffee, but the woman made a statement " you have to tell us, or we don't know" my wife said that she did make the attempt to tell her but she was too busy laughing at what another employee had said. An employee's job is not to get after the patrons, terrible service, over a 20 minute wait, dirty coffee station with trash all over the floor. We fly frequently and will just go elsewhere for better service, even if we need to pay more.
