  • Worst customer service. Ever. Had an issue that was under warranty. Their solution was to try to sell me 4 new tires on a car that was under two years old and had 20,000 miles on it. Took it to another dealer and that new dealer found the issue and fixed it. Also had issues with the air conditioning in the car for 2 summers in a row and Carolina VW never fixed it (took in for this issue 4 separate times). Another dealer fixed it in one try. These people are inept and shady. Stay away!
