I bought a new set of 4 Hankook tires on Thursday. The price was fine and the service was good, but by Saturday I was already seeing the dreaded low tire pressure warning light. After checking and verifying the tire pressure was fine on all new tires I returned the vehicle to Clark Tire and they took it into a bay for a look right away. Their finding was a bad TPMS sensor on the right front tire. So, obviously the unit was damaged during installation, right? Nope. "It could just as easily have been a bump in the road or a dead battery in the unit. Just a coincidence". Unlikely. The best they could do was to knock $20 of the price, resulting in another $75 charge TWO DAYS after buying new tires from them. Good to know, folks. If you don't want to own your mistakes, I'll just go to Sam's club next time.
