  • when I first called Snapdragon 2 years ago, the receptionist spent THIRTY minutes talking to me about my hair, what I was looking for, etc. She recommended Lori, and I have never been happier. First, I wanted to go blond. I am a dark brunette. She flat out said: "i won't do this in one month or even 3 months. it will not be good for your hair if you go this light, that quickly. if that's what you want, then I'm not the hair stylist for you and this isn't the salon" WOW! I so appreciated her honestly and her concern. She listens to me and when I am way off base, she say's NO! I am a salon jumper by nature..this is THE longest I have ever gone to one stylist. When I don't want to chat - she picks up on it...when I do, she chats. Everyone at Snapdragon is so easy going and non-judgmental. They just make you feel like you belong there.
