  • I have lived here for a year now and did not think twice about renewing my lease. I am very satisfied with the Alta Tempe property and management. The complex is just over a year old and is very well maintained. Close to campus for ASU students, in a great part of town with restaurants, bars, grocery, etc. all close by. Very nice units with fine attention to details. Beautiful granite countertops (island kitchen is a unique feature) and stainless steel appliances throughout the entire apartment. Tiled showers and huge walk-in closets are a big plus. The pool area is second to none with a great hot tub and poolside cabanas. The amenities are very well kept because of the incredible maintenance crew. Speaking of the staff- they are very professional and are always helpful and friendly. If you are planning to live with roommates it is hard to beat the Alta's floor plan. Both bedrooms are equal size and include walk-in closets with large showers. Overall- it's hard to beat what the Alta Tempe has to offer. Class establishment with premium living.
