  • This company is becoming as inefficient as USPS. the system went down and apparently they have no back up system for logging where packages are. This is the third attempt to gather my package. The sender won't allow for delivery changes and FEDEX has tried to deliver to my home at 1pm every day. Why not rotate the delivery time to increase opportunity for someone to be home? This company seems to big to keep up with its self.
