  • ok! not good ! I have a warreny deal that hooked me up with these guys ! last night I woke up to a flooded kitchen! I called and spoke to Taylor at 920 am and told her the urgency of the situation and she said she could get a guy to me today. and he would call half an hour before coming.. I was so hapoy. At 4pm nobody had called. after a night and day of dumping water every hour so it doesn't flood again. I'm exhausted. I call to find out what is going on. I know they close at 5pm. Taylor tells me I'm on for tomorrow. I'm crying. if I had been giving thst info at 9am I could have done something else. I'm very upset with the service. not the way I wanted to start. Why can't people do what they said they would do. spoke to danny. asked if someone could just come and turn off thingy that taylor said I could do! But I can't move my refrig with my issuses. but noone can. so I'll be up every hour to dump water so it won't flood AGAIN! THANKS AC GUYS! I would give no stars if an option! So its now a stream of water so I moved frig out of desperation! I'm in pain that I can't even explain. The valve will not turn off! if you, Taylor had said TO ME THIS MORNING WE CANT GET TO YOU TILL TUESDAY, I COULD HAVE SAID I'LL TRY SOMEONE ELSE,! BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT HONEST WITH ME IM NOW DEALING WITH ALL OF THIS! you hove to be honest with YOUR CUSTOMERS!
