  • Terrible. They never answer the phones, and are no help at all for walk ins. I started off here when it was Storage One. It just recently switch to Shield Storage & I hate it. I've been trying to make a payment, i have not been able to find a website. I call, no answer. I show up, theres a sign saying Will be back @ 9 ... i come back the next day & the same sign is there from the day before. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
