  • So Stephen "nicely" responded to what I had to say, and unfortunately we just have a plethora of excuses and flat out lies. Stephen lied when he stated the WiFi works, and I had mentioned nothing of the pictures. This wasn't months ago ("during the summer"), as it was in October. Any rational person can see Stephen making a blatant excuse at the start of his rebuttal: "BTW, How do we contact you with a price, without you having a phone?" Ummm, I don't know Stephen, maybe email? Or maybe you could wait to speak to me as I came in several times. Stephen then goes on to use fallacy to assume that I'm having some kind buyer's remorse due to the data off? WTF? The data is all there Stephen, I have no complaints there, did you even read this complaint in the first place? Data Doctors may charge more, but they sure as hell would let me know BEFORE holding my phone hostage for your inflated charges. BTW Stephen, your not a knight in shining armor, 10 dollars off for work that wasn't asked for isn't defined as a good deed, just as deceit. Like I said, this further cements my impression of Stephen. I will go visit him though, since he seems to think that will solve the issue.
