  • Got a hankering for NY-style deli, so I searched a Yelp, finding Scott's Generations. Drove from Surprise to midtown Phx to give it a try. I highly recommend this place. I had a Ruben that was to die for.. it was truly enough for 2 meals, the meat was stacked so thick. The better half had the yummy patty melt. Their home-made coleslaw was xlnt, even better than my mom's. (Sorry mom). I like my fries crisp, and the wife like likes her's limply. Although they were more of a potato wedge, (vs a fry)they were piping hot & cooked each to our own liking. We will definitely be back, it's worth the drive.
