  • Recently went to the Home Show and had set up an appointment on Nov 1 to receive a quote and see the many options they they provide for what I'm looking for, well I was highly disappointed. First off the person who came to my home seem very unprepared and his office kept calling him where he would take the calls at which one point he was talking about a client who the office was having an issue with which I thought Again was very unprofessional. He didn't seem to feel excited about being in my home, like he was wasting his time which in turn my time was being wasted. The guy reluctantly brought in a few tiles to show me ( not like the 100s of choices the commercial reflects) and ask which one o liked. He gave me a basic quote, took the tiles back to his car came back for his bag and said have a good day. What a waste of time!
