  • I would highly recommend you travel elsewhere for an oil change or car wash. I've been coming here for over ten years and it's progressively gotten worse. I want to like this place but after today I know today is my last visit. It's ironic that they have a CARE acronym about customer service at the register because this place does not care about you. They only have one thing on their mind - $$$. For years they've offered free car washes with any oil change. Today I was informed that is no longer the case. I went through with it even know I knew I'd be paying through the nose to get an oil change and car wash. The price on their sign indicates their oil change service is "$19.99" but don't be fooled - they'll up charge the hell out of you. Speaking of up charges, they've charged me for an "oversize vehicle" for the car wash inconsistently - it seems as though it's whatever the person ringing me up wants to go with. I drive a Ford Escape - also not exactly what I'd call "over size", but hey, anything to try to get an extra buck out of someone, right? I saw multiple people today ask to double check the quality of the work - why have I come here? As I'm writing this a customer is upset his car didn't get vacuumed well enough and is complaining to management. There's been other times I've been here and I've bought a "mid-range" car wash and had to have them go back and actually clean the dash and interior of my car. Today I spent $40 but I'd rather pay $60 somewhere else to know the job will get done and to be treated with value. Lastly, today during my oil change I looked out to see what was taking so long. I looked down and saw the tech underneath my car watching videos on his phone. This wasn't like he was just checking his email or texts - it was long enough to where I was originally going to let it go - but then it continued. And continued longer. So I took a photo. I'm not one to go around posting reviews on Yelp (positive or negative) but this is bad. I'd feel guilty it letting others know about my experiences here and to forewarn you against thinking about coming here. It's easy to tell the staff is not trained well nor appreciated. There is a lack of consistency and leadership and every time I come the staff seems like they'd all rather be somewhere else. I'm highly disappointed in this business but will look at it as an opportunity to pursue a locally owned shop or someone that places a higher emphasis on valuing their customers.
