Great bbq. Went there for lunch. I had the pulled pork sandwich and my husband had the 1/2 rack of rbis. We both had the coleslaw and he had the beans. The pulled pork was tasty- not too spicy - and the bun made the sandwich. Just a little of the mild sauce and I was enjoying every bite. The coleslaw is homemade and has a perfect balance of cabbage/carrot and mayo. The beans remind me of "ranch" beans and were a perfect compliment to the 1/2 rack of ribs. My father-in-law smokes ribs and these were every bit as good as his. There wasn't a bite left and the meat was that perfect pink where the smoke has really seeped in. As we were leaving Chef Brian was pulling chicken and brisket off the smoker. The chicken was so juicy - part of me wanted to go back for dinner. We will be back another day. I'm already thinking ordering BBQ for summer cookouts.
