rev:text	terrible! this place is awful. they will charge you for anything and everything even if you have nothing to do with it. and they do not care how long you have to wait for them to remedy something. worst experience was in the winter when the heater was broken and it took them almost 2 weeks before deciding to fix it and no rent reduction for putting me and my pets out. when I first moved into the rental I had a pest place come out and when I moved in the next day the house was covered in dead and dying roaches and rats - it took me a month to clear out the bugs - still found a rat much later. they also made promises to have thigs fixed before I moved in and then they weren't, it caused me a ton of stress and I had to miss a lot of work to be there for them to do stuff since I was moved in and didn't want people there when I wasn't I just don't recommend getting into any business with these people. unfortunately I put down refundable security deposits with them and based on my experience with them I KNOW they are gonna make as much sh*t up as possible upon move out so that they do not give me any of my money back, even though I've kept the place beautiful, cause that's what kind of business they are - just awful!
