  • Getting so sick of this place. I've been tanning forever, at a place on Craig can't remember the name now gone. Hot tan great place also closed. Even went here for years as Tan Factory. Sorry they sold it. Every time I go I get stupid comments like "Wow it's been a long time since you've been here." So what! I pay for my tans you should be glad I'm not here every day I could be, it costs your company more money for power. And so over the up selling too. Omg really. If you guys are that desperate for a buck do me a favor and close already. Maybe someone who understands customer service will take over. I'm shopping around.
