* Price: expensive; $200 dinner for two ( 1 share appetizer, 2 main dishes, 1 share desert, 2 drinks), 10% higher than nearby gourmet restaurants. their food is delicious and large portion though. 3 star.
* Ambience; casual , chic decor, not over the top. 4 star.
* Location: Ceasar Palace but off the main food court area and the forum. We had to stop and asked for direction from 3 different restaurant hosts! 3 star.
* Meals: delicious! Every bite is tasty and perfect! 5 star.
* service: excellent! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! 5 star.
This is averaged to 4 star for me!
Came in on a Wednesday night and the place was half empty. We were a bit nervous but glad that we came.
The meal is perfect!
Poke: fresh and perfectly seasoning served with taro chip. $19
Scottish salmon: perfectly glazed and tender! Chimichuri sauce is sweet and tangy taste which went well with the salmon. $36
Fish and chip:moist and tender with thin but crispy shell. $42.
Snore bar: graham, chocolate ganage, chocolate mouse packed in a bar served with chocolate ice cream. Not too sweet. The bar is perfect mixed between sweet, salty, chocolate softness and crunchy. $11.
We always are big fan for chef Brian Malarkey on Top chef and are not disappointed! The only reason that this place is not packed because of the price! Since there are so many restaurants by celebrity chefs nearby with 10-20% less, many people would chose others!
